'Wild Scotland', the Scottish wildlife and nature operators association, has recently celebrated the launch of their new look website thanks to funding received through VisitScotland's Challenge Fund.  

'Wild Scotland' consists of around 50 wildlife operators, located throughout Scotland, who operate responsibly to protect the wildlife and environment of Scotland.  The operators work together to attract visitors who have an interest in wildlife watching to Scotland.  Key markets for the group are the South East and North of England as well as Germany and the Netherlands, where there is growing interest in coming to Scotland for a wildlife experience.

The website www.wild-scotland.co.uk is the group's main marketing tool.  The group see their site as the only industry led website providing comprehensive information about wildlife-watching activities in the country.

The new website will feature special offers and is hoped to draw in more visitors searching for a quality wildlife experience to Scotland.
