| 19 October 2006 Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) Chief Executive, Campbell Gemmell launched the State of Scotland’s Environment report at the 'Change Tomorrow Today' seminar held in October. Launching the report, Dr Gemmell highlighted evidence of some dramatic environmental changes that are affecting Scotland:
