Sustainable Tourism Statement (2004)
- the Tourism and Environment Forum statement on Sustainable Tourism in Scotland which proposes nine key aims which the Scottish tourism industry should work towards.
Wild Scotland (2004)
- the development of Wild Scotland, the national wildlife and nature based tourism operators association.
Green Tourism Conference  (2004)
- national green tourism conference, held in Edinburgh, March 2004.
 
Managing & Marketing the Built and Natural Heritage 
(2003)
-  workshop for policy staff involved in heritage and tourism, held on October 2003.
